Terms and Conditions for Mobile Notary Services

1. Service Overview
Portesette Notary Services provides mobile notary services to clients, including the notarization of legal, financial, and other documents. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Fees
• Per Signature Fee: $2 per notarized signature.
• Travel Fee: Additional charges may apply based on travel distance or urgency. Any such fees will be disclosed in advance.

3. Payment
• Payment is due upon completion of services.
• Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Credit/Debit card, Cashapp, Zelle, Square

4. Scheduling and Cancellations
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same-day services may be accommodated based on availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee of $15.

5. Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID for all signers.
• All documents must be completed (except for signatures) prior to the appointment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the document is ready for notarization.

6. Limitations
• The notary is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice or review the content of documents.
• Notaries reserve the right to refuse services if documents appear incomplete, fraudulent, or if the signer is unwilling, unaware, or does not present proper identification.

7. Liability
Portesette Notary Services is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of notarized documents. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the documents meet the requirements for their intended purpose.

8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.
